How do I manage my subscription?

You need to create an account which give you full access to manage delivery dates and update contact, payment and delivery details. You can also swap out products via your account.


To create an account, scroll back up to the menu banner and click on the 'account' page > click the create account page > add your email address and choose a password. Make sure you save your log in details for when you next want to change your details!

You can change your case size, frequency of delivery and select your wines all by logging into your account on this website.

How much is delivery?

When will I be charged for my delivery?

Your card will be charged at the time of your purchase and then at either the 6-month or 12-month anniversary of your sign up, depending on whether you chose delivery once or twice a year.

When will my subscription be sent?

Your first Wine Club box will be shipped immediately upon joining.

Going forward your deliveries will fall in line with your 6 or 12 month anniversary, depending on the frequency you chose. Or whichever date you have chosen by logging into your account via the website.

What happens if my card fails?

If your card fails, you won't be charged and we won't dispatch your order.

How do I claim my Watkins Wine Club 15% off discount for purchases outside of my subscription box?

Simply make sure you are logged into your account on this website via the account page.

Once you are logged in, the 15% off will automatically detract from the total purchase price in your cart on all eligible items.

Can I skip an order?
