Can I hold a function at Watkins Cellar Door?
Absolutely! We have a rustic but unique space available.

Do I need a booking to visit?
Bookings are highly recommended because we can't guarantee a seat for walk ins, but we will endeavour to fit you in for a tasting if we have space to do so.
How long does a tasting take?
Typically tastings run for 30 minutes but we won't boot you out the door once you finish your glass. You're welcome to stay on and enjoy the atmosphere for your allocated 120 minute booking.
SOMEONE IN MY GROUP ISN'T DRINKING, DO THEY NEED TO BOOK?
Yes, we run to strict capacities but they are more than welcome to join and enjoy the atmosphere. We have beer available for non-wine drinkers too.
WHERE ARE WATKINS WINE TASTINGS HELD?

Tasting Room
Seated tastings are run in the Tasting Room with a helpful Watkins staff member who will regale you with tales about the wine and history of the Watkins family.
Wine Shed
The Wine Shed is a casual space (perfectly suited to larger groups) to enjoy a glass or bottle with friends, and a pizza from 59 Pizzeria.
Terrace
Non guided wine tastings are available to enjoy on the terrace when the sun is shining. Or you can enjoy a casual glass or bottle with friends.
DO I NEED TO BOOK A WATKINS WINE TASTING SEPERATELY TO 59 PIZZERIA?
Yes.
Watkins and 59 Pizzeria are run separately but boy do we enjoy sharing the space - similarly to how perfectly paired a glass of wine is to pizza.
Can I book a table outside?
Definitely if the sun is shining!
We do sometimes experience strong winds being located at the top of the hill so if it is raining or excessively windy, we will move your booking inside.
To secure a table outside, book the on terrace.
What if I am running late?
Please call us on 0458 832 998if you are running late but we understand that time can easily get away from us so we will hold your table for 15 minutes.
Can I bring my doggo?
Absolutely! Doggos are welcome as long as they remain on a leash at all times.

Can I change my plan?
Absolutely. This is Australia's most flexible club!
How much is delivery?
Free delivery for all wine club members!
When will I be charged?
You will be charged 5 days after you receive your selections email.
You are more than welcome to skip any drop but please email us via wineclub@watkins.wine or call us on 0458 832 998 to let us know.
Can I skip an order?
Absolutely!
We will send you an email to confirm your selections before your order is dispatched at which time you can skip.

Can I put my membership on hold?
Absolutey! We fully understand that circumstances beyond our control can change quickly.

What happens if my card fails?
If your card fails, you won't be charged and we won't dispatch your order.
You will need to go into your account via the top menu of this page and update your details.

Can I update my own details? If so, how do I do it?
Sign into your account via the 'Account' button in the top menu.
Once you are in your account you can use the following pages:
Subscriptions - view your current club details.
Shipments - update your delivery address.
Payment methods - update your card details.
Membership - update your club details (how many wines you want either 6 or 12 and how frequently you want wine delivered either once or twice a year).
